Toe Mobility:
Are you able to lift each toe one at a time without the others lifting? What about move the big toes sideways?
Are you able to pick up items with your toes? Try a napkin, or twig.
Calf Stretch:
Take a rolled up yoga mat or towel, and stand with the front of the foot on the roll. Place your second foot in front as if you're about to take a step. Don't let the heel lift off the ground and make sure your hips are still facing forward. Relax and breathe.
Don't force the stretch, only go as far as it takes to feel the beginning of a stretch and wait there until the sensation eases up. You can then pick up the slack and move further into the stretch.
